The only multiple choice test we will be taking this year is the Reading FCAT. Here are some tips to help you select the best answer. (Oh yeah, only after you have read the passage!)
Tips to Remember when taking multiple choice tests........
1. Read the question before you look at the answer.
2. Come up with the answer in your head before looking at possible answers, this way the choices given on the test won't throw you off or trick you.
3. Eliminate answers you know aren't right.
4. Read all choices before choosing you answer.
5. There is no penalty for guessing, so always take an educated guess and select an answer.
6. Don't keep on changing your answer, usually your first choice is the right one, unless you MIS-read the question.
7. A positive choice is more likely to be true than a negative one.
8. Usually the correct answer is the choice with the most correct information.
