The Science Benchmark was given for the first time this school year. It is a great way for our students to know what type of questions to expect on the FCAT in March. Some were easy and some really took a lot of brain power. Some questions dealt with content we haven't covered yet so don't be discouraged! Were there any of those questions about the length of the day or why seasons change? "It's due to the tilt of the Earth as it revolves around the Sun". Students were to commit that fact to memory.
