We are MASTERS of Routine!
There is simply NO breaking our Stride!
Even with a very restful Spring Break for ALL our students
we were back on TARGET today!
Even our Principal stated expectations for
high teaching and learning standards!
In Room 138, we have stepped up to the plate!
We are getting ready for Middle School
through rigorous academic standards!
Kick-start our mornings with FCAT Daily Math! Our students are so GREAT with these mad skills now.... it really isn't even a challenge! We may pull out the heavy hitters!
We are working with our cat pictures in Data: Kids, Cats, and Ads. This is a great unit for graphing and revisiting old skills!
These cats actually are the pets of the Math Investigation writers! How cool is that to write a unit around your cat!
Seven is sporting a new haircut, and Dante is attempting to "hide" from the camera!
Nahjani says Welcome Back!!!!
For our first day back, we were really able to cover a lot of material and attend a research session in the library. This session will help us document the sources we use for our Science Fair Project. And... many of you have great projects that you will be starting! We cannot wait to see your results.

In Social Studies we will be covering the time period from about the 1920's to the 1960's. This is a great time in our country. Today we watched a video about Eleanor Roosevelt. Ask your students what they learned about Mrs. Roosevelt. She was very active in establishing the role of the First Lady!
